2 oz gin
½ oz Aperol
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz lime juice
½ oz grapefruit juice
¾ oz rhubarb syrup
Combine ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain over fresh ice and garnish.
Rhubarb Syrup
For a small batch, combine a cup or so of rhubarb chunks with ½ cup sugar and ½ cup water. Simmer 5-10 minutes until rhubarb is soft and falling apart. Cool and strain.
