2 oz Bourbon ½ oz Simple syrup 6 leaves Mint Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a short glass or julep cup, pour the simple syrup over it, and muddle gently. Pour the bourbon on top, stir it around, and top with lots of crushed ice and a handful of mint tucked into the side of the glass.
