1 oz rye whiskey 1 oz Dolin Génépy 1 oz Velvet Falernum 1 oz fresh lemon juice Sage spring for garnish Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a sage spring.
