Recipe

2½ oz Bourbon 1 oz Lemon juice ¾ oz Simple syrup 2 oz Sparkling water Shake everything with ice, except the sparkling water. Strain into an ice-filled tall glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a cherry and half a lemon wheel.
