2 oz aquavit 1 oz lemon juice ½ oz simple syrup egg white caraway seeds, for garnish Combine in cocktail shaker, dry shake. Add ice, wet shake. Strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with a sprinkle of caraway seeds.
