2 ounces cognac
¾ ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
½ ounce Green Chartreuse
¼ ounce simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: lemon twist
1. Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
