Recipe

½ oz Cognac 3 oz Sparkling white wine ½ oz Simple syrup 1 dash Aromatic bitters 6 leaves Mint Gently muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup in a julep cup or short glass. Add remaining ingredients and top with crushed ice. Stir gently to incorporate, then mound up more crushed ice on top. Garnish with fruit, mint, or citrus.
