2 ounces rye whiskey
1 ounce sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 drops orange bitters
1 ounce brut Champagne
Garnish: maraschino cherry
1. Add all ingredients except champagne and garnish to a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Stir for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.
3. Strain into chilled coupe glass, and top with champagne.
4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
